Having just moved to BC I was unfamiliar with the car buying process here, Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable, and he has a great selection of vehicles to choose from.
At no point did I feel rushed or under any sort of pressure. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had.

β β β β β Such an amazing place to get a car from. I got a car from Rick here at Global Auto and a few weeks later there was an issue with the muffler. He sent me to quiet Muffler they got it fixed and paid for the whole thing. I bought a few cars from them and all of them have been great. Thank you Rick

They take their quality and reputation seriously - although the car I purchased ended up with some unforeseeable problems, these guys were instantly on top of it and went above and beyond, taking care of everything. I'll be sending everyone I know here.

β β β β β girlfriend bought an accord here 6months ago. big mistake. in the first month she already had to take it back for a misfire. which to their credit was fixed under warranty. they said was just new cables and plugs (cheap fix for them). however, there were numerous other problems that popped up within a few months that they said not covered under warranty and refused to fix. radiator has a leak and my mechanic friend says it's very obvious by looking at the coolant they just threw some liquid stop leak in the coolant as a cheap fix before selling it to us. also lots of weird electrical problems causing the car to randomly not start or stall. check engine lights for sensors all the time. they claim its fine every time we took it in, but they never fix the issues. or they claim its not covered. less than a year later and we've already sunk $2000 in repairs on a $4000 car from them because they say the warranty doesn't cover it... definitely regret the purchase. it now has even more problems and we're not willing to sink any more into this lemon. it's got so many problems poppin up one after another I'd be lucky to sell it as a $1000 beater at this point. they seemed honest but turns out they're as just shady as the rest. rick seemed like a genuine good guy, but what he's doing just isn't right.

β β β β β Bought a nice little used Cobalt/chev with 158,000K and got a 1 year/4000 kilometer warranty. was patient with my questions and was allowed a good test run. While not a perfect looking car ran great and was a good experience. Highly recommended to look here first off to the side but once you find it well you'll find something in your budget reasonable pricing.

Super easy to deal with, responsive and and a great inventory of vehicles to fit any price range. Even had an insurance rep waiting for me as we signed the sales papers.
