He was straight forward in his approach, no games and especially, no high pressure up sell games. The car was ready when he said it would be, it was clean and ready to go. I can recommend this NEW used car dealer if you want a straight forward purchase with good old fashion service. S&S brings in previously owned high end cars for resale, they are well represented and show well. The insurance lady was there ready to go. In and out in less than an hour. Even a full tank of fuel at Vancouver’s outrageous price.!! Super friendly, good communicator and experienced. Very competive price according to my internet search. Would definitely recommend him.

After searching for some time, and trying to stay within my budget, I was worried that I would have to settle for a lesser vehicle or pay up to get something equivalent. Then a co-worker put me in contact with Shane from S&S. In a short amount of time he found me a better vehicle than the on I wrote off well within my budget, and the process was completely painless. Thank you very much to Shane and his team. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a used vehicle.

The reason I am giving this shop 4 stars is because of the auto insurance broker I dealt with who hurried me through the entire process. I realized recently that he got my rate class wrong despite me asking him to double check it. Because of that I have been paying more than I should have for the last 2 months. If it wasn't for that, this would have been a perfect first car experience.
