★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for hair color, showed her the color I want, agreed on price. She completely ruined my hair, and at the end asked me to pay more than we agreed upon. I came home literally cried for hours, then got a regular color from shoppers and colored myself. Please don’t waste your time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my permanent straightening, it last really long. I also had experience of makeup. They are excellent in that. My friend had waxing services. The results were really good. Really cooperative and polite staff. Hygienic salon.

She removed my 1/3rd eye brow and did not even realise it until I watched that horror in the mirror
I communicated it, she said she is deeply sorry about it- I appreciate that she accepted but I have to live with this for months now.
And then I was asked to pay for that ridiculous service!(She gave me $2 discount :D) I still paid it as I am a good person.
But Never going there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for hair smoothening . Ambiance of place made it look so professional . However , the quality of service is degraded. One side of my hair are straight and just cause they didn’t want to use enough product , one side of my hair are still curly .They literally pulled my hair and started my migraine, literally took medicine. I did complain, went for another session and still no fix so the damage done is permanent. The reason they gave me was cause my hair are dry but it is their duty to handle them accordingly. After-all, we paid for the service we wanted . They should have made sure in beginning to say NO they can not complete the procedure. One other thing I wish I had seen the low rating before going in and they are most sweet people on face and rude when replying back to the review . Just read the replies of review , such hypocrites.
