★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is great and the staff are friendly. They don't allow you to book appts though. Today I walked AT 9.30 (which is supposedly when they open) and they were swamped .I was told to have a seat so I asked if they had an idea how long the wait was (I had other things to do), I was told an hour, maybe two.
Obviously they have a good business but I won't go back. I don't have time to stop in a few times a day/week to see if someone has time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They usually do a great job, but when I had a complaint about the work someone new to their staff did, they turned it around and said it was my fault. Will definitely not be returning because they don't really look to fix the problem or try to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Had to wait 20 mins even though I had a pedicure appointment. Nail equipment was not steralized properly. The esthestician cut my nails so short it actually hurt later. Polish chipped iff within 48 hours which I assumed is due to the rumour I heard about them thinking polishes. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up going here because my regular place was full and I needed my nails done, A choice I would soon regret. I got the dip which just goes on your regular nail, it is on the more expensive side my place charges 45, they charged 53. TWO days later they had already chipped, which doesn't even happen to me with regular nail polish. I go back to get them fixed the third day because I was busy the day it happened, they charged me 10 dollars to fix the two nails that had chipped. this product is supposed to last longer then shilac, with my regular place it last me almost a month. The customer service is horribly, I will NEVER be back, at least charge a reasonable amount like 3 dollars a nail or something. male owner was so rude when I was explaining why I shouldn't be charged for fixing something that shouldn't have chipped in the first place!, by the way I waited 1 1/2 to get two nails fixed. wish they had a 0 stars option

My husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday my friend & I went to go in because they never have apt times in past & male owner was very rude We didn’t even manage to get into the store just was outside and he ran out to tell me what do you want I told him what we wanted said nope we don’t have time and closed the door… there was one person in the salon at 4pm they closed at 6. I think better customer service needs to be learned here.

Just a tip of you're going here currently they only take debit as a payment method.
