As usual our bi-weekly visit was exceptional.
Excellent customer service, a great staff/family in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place A LOT. You get good quality meat/cuts and I really think almost everything is at an affordable price. When I see the total of my orders I am surprised every time by how cheap it is! The service is also good. Overall I really recommend checking this place out and maybe leave with some of their bacon! Yuumm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh cuts every Wednesday. I was a vegetarian and a vegan afterwards for a while for environmental reasons. I always liked eating meat. The taste, the energy density and the quality of protein is not even comparable for me. Once I stopped being a vegan for mental health reasons I started to look for a local butcher to buy meat and especially organ meat. Now I will try to buy local to support the environment and try to eat the whole animal including the organs for that same reason. Glenwood Meats has a great collection of organ meats and fresh cuts. They are cheap and delisioso:) next time you are here try their lamb livers and kidneys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there were only 1-2 people inside, my number was only 1 less than the one shown, and they insisted me to go out, in an unkind way, as if scolding a child. I would expect that lady to be more courteous to their loyal customers, she could warn me gently and tell me to wait outside until my number is read when for my next purchase. (I'm not sure if it will happen)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting Glenwood meats, having lived in Langford for 6 years I'm not sure why I waited so long. Maybe just to see what they were really made of 2 days before Christmas? They did not disappoint. Staff were super friendly, great selection (some things sold out, to be expected). Would recommend making a list from their excellent website product overview!
