★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a shower door installed in March and have made 4 calls to have someone out to adjust it. We were told it was an "insurance claim" and they would get back to us, but no one has... okay since I posted this I have had a call back and date is set... the work they did in the first place was great so aside from the slow response I am happy with them!

recommend this company to anyone. We wanted to replace a window (leaking seal).
This company charged $150.00 to give an estimate, which they said would be applied to the replacement window. Plans changed for us to a more extensive renovation- replacement of window no longer necessary.
When we asked for our $150.00 back we were refused. Do we feel completely ripped-off and taken advantage of as seniors?
Absolutely! Would never again consider this company for ANY work.

So glad I did... efficient, quick, and professional. Even with a twenty year old Jeep.
More than a month later, (with lots of wonderful 'wet coast' weather), things are clear and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a windshield replacement. When I showed up for my appointment they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me, or the glass that was ordered. They were able to get the glass in and re booked me 2 days later. Super happy with the service. I understand that mistakes happen and they were able to rectify and still deliver. I would definitely recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service emailed for a quote and they got back to me promptly, worked with me for details and agreed on a reasonable price for my project. Helped dispose of my broken mirror pieces and brought the new custom peice out to my car for me! Very satisfactory experience will be recommending to friends and family, through our business and home projects in the future!:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped in to the shop without an appointment & met Angelo. I explained that I needed a windshield replacement & after looking at it, he agreed. We made an appointment based on the delivery schedule of the window & my very full work schedule.
I dropped the van off early & had initially been told it should be ready by 2. Justin called at 12:30 to say it was done. It looks great, a simple windshield without any cracks but feels better than that.
They left me a can of window cleaner & cleaned my dash pretty thoroughly too. Very easy to talk to folks.
