★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just finished having our basement bathroom remodeled by Brian and it is beautifully done.This is our first professional contractor experience and Brian made it a very positive one. I agree with the other reviews in that Brian kept close communication daily on what the schedule was,who was coming and at what time.If there was a change in plans we were made aware.He was readily accessible to call when we had questions.His trades were all very professional and so pleasant,they kept the work site very clean and tidy.We felt the cost was very reasonable and would highly recommend Davies Home Improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had our old deck torn down and a new much larger deck built by Davies and his team. We had drawings completed and permits obtained, city came out to check concrete work too. He gave us a reasonable price for what we wanted, we had numerous quotes beforehand and checked on a current job they were working on. We felt they'd give us the best workmanship and they certainly came through on that. We even made changes as the project went along and they were very accomidating and suggested ideas to make things better. They worked full days and his team worked very hard while here, polite and friendly. We were pleased with the finished product and will hopefully have them back to do a few more projects for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian came by to give me an estimate on a workshop I had wanted to build, and it turned out he had done a lot of work for my next door neighbour. His quote was very reasonable compared to some of the others I had gotten, and my neighbour raved about how great Brian and his crew were. So, I hired Brian, and I'm glad I did! He and his team worked really quickly, did an outstanding job, kept me updated almost on a daily basis with what they had finished and what they were going to do the following day...it was a great experience from start to finish. And I don't know what some of the other reviews are talking about with the contract/over budget complaints. He came in at the exact price he quoted, and did an even better job than I was expecting. I would recommend Brian to anyone. He obviously takes great pride in his work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian did an amazing renovation on my home and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience from beginning to end. The contract was so well outlined and detailed and came with absolutely no surprises. He was clear about every little thing and was always willing to chat and discuss any questions that I had. He worked quickly and efficiently and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Still can't believe this is my home! It looks even better than I could have imagined and not one corner was cut!! He's a perfectionist with his work and a master of his craft. I would 100000% recommend Brian to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davies Home Improvements completely re-finished the trim throughout our entire home. (Windows, doors, main rooms, bedrooms, closets, everywhere). Our original mis-matched trim was really bothering us. When Brian and his team came in to strip the old trim and install the new, they were fantastic! Very friendly, easy to talk to and cleaned up after themselves by vacuuming before they left each time!! Thanks to them we have beautiful trim everywhere in our home and it looks amazing. Thank you!!!
