★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contracted CHSRenos to do our basement floors, doors and help design and build a bathroom in our basement after some flooding. Sam and the people he had in to do some speciality jobs were very professional. As with any Reno, one or two unexpected things may come up. When this happened, Sam was flexible and professional, going above and beyond to complete the job. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to explain things. We look forward to having Sam back again for our upstairs bathroom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do i begin? We called in a state of absolute panic as our entire kitchen was flooding into our basement. It was the day after boxing day so no companies were answering. He came on his time off, while in a different city, and fixed our lives basically. I cant thank him enough. He was friendly, respectful, and very professional. He also showed us helpful tips to prevent a disaster like that from ever happening again. Thank you again, much respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Complete Handyman Services when we had water in our basement as a result of a crack in the foundation. Sam was quick to respond and very professional. He took the time to give detailed explanations of the work that needed to be done, provided a reasonable timeline to get the work completed (which he adhered to) and my husband and I were both very happy with the finished job! We will definitely contact Sam again for any future work that we might need done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pleasure to recommend CHS to anyone seeking expertise in home renovations. In our case they completed a kitchen remodelling, stair and railing replacement and electrical work.
Sam is knowledgable, responsive and easy to deal with. He was always available with any questions and concerns we had and was able to resolve issues as they occurred. His team is extensive and he is able to call on whatever trade one needs to complete work. All at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam is an excellent contractor. He and Tom work well together making for an excellent duo. They do great work, come prepared for anything! Yes, they even fluff the curtains after climing up to hand rods at 12 ft heights!
I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any handy work I need. I wish I had known if them before I sold my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam is incredible! We used him to finish our basement and I'm going to use him again for our kitchen. He kept in touch leading up to the start date so I knew it was getting done. He is so easy to work with, always checking in with small changes and suggestions and making sure I'm happy with how it is turning out. He was willing to work with us to keep the cost down and has fair prices. He takes responsibility for the services he brings in (electrician, plumber etc.) and always leaves the place neat and tidy at the end of the work day. He loves what he does and it shows! Thanks Sam!
