We couldn’t be happier to have worked with Brad as our real estate agent. It was a long process with many ups and downs for us trying to find a home in this non-buyers market but he made it so much easier for us. Brad was always more than willing to drop what he was doing to get us out to a property as quick as possible, always available for any questions we had, and educated us thoroughly about what we needed to know about buying a home. Although it was a long process we are happy to say we finally were able to purchase home and couldn’t have done it without him. Having a real estate agent that you are able to trust whole heartedly with your future and that works around the clock to get there is extremely comforting in what can be an overwhelmingly stressful period. Brad was there to comfort us with every loss and to celebrate every win. To say he is passionate about his work and his clients would be an understatement. He is dedicated and truly wants what is best for his clients and will do whatever he can to get them there. He made it an amazing experience for us and we will be forever grateful !

Brad sold a house in St. Catharines for me. It was an estate sale. He not only handled it professionally in every respect, but he also helped in small ways that went above and beyond the usual realtor tasks. There were multiple offers these were presented by phone and online in an organized and thorough manner. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Brad, and I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to friends and clients. His competent no BS approach is refreshing and assuring.

He has a great attitude and always ready to help and answered my text messages at any time during the day .He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I was weeks away from being evicted, and with two kiddos, and a therapy dog, it was impossible to find a place to rent. I was looking for MONTHS without luck. So I decided for some reason to reach out to a realtor to help me possibly find something, or at least relieve some of my own stresses while looking. I wanted to reach out to someone local, and Brad’s name stuck out for some reason. As soon as I got in contact with Brad, a weight felt lifted from my shoulders, as he assured me that he already had things in mind for my family that would be perfect, and also that he’d advocate on our behalf. Hearing those words, when struggling for so long to find something without success, is almost as good as winning the lotto. Two (that’s it?!)! That is how many places we saw before finding something perfect for my kids, dog and I! This is where my anxiety would usually get the best of me, but Brad walked me through each step, clearly, to ensure that I acquired this rental. I can honestly say that I could not have done this entire process without Brad’s help, expertise and knowledge. I highly recommend Brad Martin as a realtor because he actually cares, and you feel like he’s in your corner on a human level. Most people, you can tell do things for the money only, I get the sense that Mr Martin does things from his heart and actually enjoys what he is doing while helping you! One more thing, Brad does wonderful charity work and advocacy through his network, and that alone makes me only recommend him to friends & anyone I overhear talking about buying/ leasing. If I could give more stars I definitely would! This is my family’s second experience with Brad, first was to buy a home and second was to sell! He is probably the busiest person I know but NEVER makes you feel like an inconvenience or bother. His response time is incredible, his knowledge of the market and confidence in himself is also very comforting. He exceeded our expectations all while managing the many personalities and opinions! By the end of the process he felt more like family than a real estate agent we hired. Brad stood out to us for many reasons but his involvement in the community really made us feel like this wasn’t just a job to him, it was more than just a sale or purchase of a home.
