★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On behalf of my whole family this Mother's Day, I want to send my sincere thanks to the staff and management of The Emerald Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada. You all worked well together as a team when necessary during some challenging times recently. Being that there has not been one case of COVID-19 yet on your premises, just goes to show how great your team must be! Thank you for continuing to take such good care of my Mom even during the current COVID-19 crisis! As far as I am concerned, you are all gems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a tour. In this facility and let me tell you all that compare to a bunch of place in NIAGARA falls or surrounding areas this place is by far the nicest cleanest and most welcoming retirement residence I have seen.
I my self am a PSW and this is a very very nice place and this place has a lot of great facility’s and I’m sure that’s due to it being a hotel prior to this but still if a wonderful place for your loved ones..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mom and Aunt stayed there for a month as part of a transition. Lovely rooms, amazing views and caring staff. I would say the only downside is that there isn't a quiet garden type area for residents to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residents are wonderful, but the management is terrible. Staff never get breaks, people are quitting every other day. Honestly probably the worst place I ever worked very disorganized and they just care about $$ all the other staff will agree. I feel for anyone who has to work at this place.
