Nicely-decorated restaurant and lovely ambiance! Surprisingly good negroni. Taste and quality of food (pizza, roasted acorn squash) definitely did not match the hefty price tag though…..would take heartbreakers over this any day.

We ordered cocktails (Sake Lemonade and Garibaldi) to start and although they weren't super interesting, they tasted good and were only $10. We got the Buffala Mozzarella on Focaccia with Pistachio Pesto and it was a treat - comes with 6 pieces so you're best off if you have 3+ people. To finish, we got the Lamb red pie (I forget the name). As some other folks have mentioned, the crust is definitely something to call home about. Lovely staff, and the small menu is a welcome alternative to novels of options. We'll be back, I'm sure.

The ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant are great. The service good too. We got the half Nelson white pie and the Benjamin button white pie as well as the Cacio e Pepe fritters and a grapefruit cocktail. The crust and cheeses are very good. I wish the Nelson came with an extra topping like arugula or artichokes. The Benjamin button is very rich and mushroomy. The cacio e pepe fritters are a bit expensive for the portions (4$ a piece). I also wish there were more vegetarian options in the red pie department other than a margarita. The pizzas are pretty good but could be better for the price point. Almost 40$ per person (party of 2).

Had the loveliest time at Guilia on a Sunday night! The restaurant and bar was so beautiful, and the tables were decorated with fresh flowers. Split a bottle of Pearl Morisette Pinot Noir, that our server Anthony was super knowledgeable about. We then split a Sweet Tony pizza which was the perfect size for us. Finally, finished the evening by splitting a Blood Orange dessert. This spot is great for a friends night out, date night, or to bring your parents. It started filling up around 7pm so I recommend making a reservation. LOVED the atmosphere and will be back.

First time trying it and it was great! Pizza is def one of the best in town. The service was great and the wines were enjoyable. The Ambience compliments the entire experience ? Restaurants like this elevate Ottawa’s status ?

Delicious pizza and yummy cocktails. Visited here Saturday night with some friends. The price is hefty considering they are personal sized pizzas expect $20-26. Specialized cocktails were average price around $10-14. Small beer selection, a house beer and an IPA. Beautiful aesthetic within however when we were there it was quite busy and a little hard to hear our server. I would suggest making a reservation if you plan on dining here.

The pizza was fantastic! Service was fantastic! And the ambiance as well was great. The cocktails could be improved. Negroni was nothing out of the ordinary, using crushed ice which really waters down the cocktail. The "there will be blood" cocktail was nice but an overly smoky flavour.
