★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick to respond to say they would respond, then no follow up after that. When are businesses going to learn to say "thanks but no thanks, we're too busy" or " we don't do that". Times will change, when ppl start saving and not spending and the reno and repair market dries up. We need a lot of attrition based on who is providing what service, with a myriad of experience levels; all wanting to dollar. The search for a competent glazier continues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience with the glass door, and had to hire someone else to finish the job. My walls, baseboards, tile were damaged, and could not be resolved to my satisfaction. These photos were taken when he said the job was complete. I was not informed prior to the project that I would need to hire a general contractor to finish the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guy with amazing product! We first met him through our contractor to install a glass shower enclosure in our new basement reno. Years later we used him to install one in our master bath, and without being asked he went to check the basement installation to make sure everything was still tight and square, which of course it was. Now we’ve moved and used him for a third time, and we couldn’t be happier!
