First after the work when he left we noticed that he eft all the garbage from the work at the bathroom (Including chemical smelly waste from the job) and then few days after waiting the bathtub to dry up, I tried to move the railing bathtub door and no matter whatever force I used , it didn't move and part of the glazed bathtub was not smooth. I contacted the guy who did the work and he refused to come and fix the problem. Please go with a firm that offer you a warranty of the job
done.

Very knowledgeable, left workspace extremely clean, and made sure my condo was well ventilated!
Would highly recommend as you wouldnt know the difference between a new bathtub and the refreshed version. James saved me a ton of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted James and he asked me to send a picture of the chip. He provided a quote within 10 minutes. He came to do the repair within 2 days. He was very courteous and professional. I am so happy with job. I would totally recommend him. He also provided a quote on refinishing the vanities as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About two weeks ago, we talked on the phone, discussed the project and address, and I specifically asked if he came to this area. He quoted me $550 plus tax. We agreed and I said I would call in a couple of weeks to set up an appointment to have the tub resurfaced. Called yesterday and he asked for the address and what he had quoted. I gave him the info. He then texted me later with a new price of $650 ( $100 more ).
If your thinking of using this company be CARE-FULL when getting quoted. Not doing my job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting a bathtub refinished and I was not sure what to expect. James did two bathtubs for me and they look great. As I live in a condo, it was much cheaper to refinish versus replacing a tub and the mess that would come with replacement. I highly recommend James for reglazing your bathtubs, showers or sinks. Very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A plumber had to break through the Acrylic Bathtub walls to replace my Bath/Shower handle. This left a rather large hole in my shower wall. James from Bathtub Guru covered up the hole with an acrylic panel. He did it in a professional timely manner for a reasonable price. He stayed with me and assisted in the reassembling of the shower handle. He was one of the few people who wants to fix instead of "Replace" the whole wall.
