★ ★ ★ ★ ★ samedi matin 9 mai,jy vais pour faire faire un arrangement florale(3 fleure).Jusque la ca va..dans l'apres midi,jappelle car je voulais savoir si je pouvais echanger une fleur car javais changé d'idee,elle dit oui pas de probleme.Jusque la, ca va aussi..en sortant dehors(il ventait beaucoup mais quant meme!!)Une des fleur a perdu la moitié de ses petales,je me rend genre dans les 3h,il ne restait plus rien(je me suis dit,sa te tentait pas de me le dire au telephone je maurais pas deplacé pour rien !???)et pour la fleure toute ''decalissé'' scusez du mot,ben jeter la.. ee ben je l'ai payé.. ''ouin''jai pas eu de proposition de remboursement,rien , vraiment decu
Saturday morning May 9, I go there to have a floral arrangement made (3 flowers). Until that goes ... in the afternoon, I call because I wanted to know if I could exchange a flower because I had changed my mind, she said yes no problem.Up to that, it’s also going out outside (it was windy but still !!) One of the flowers has lost half of its petals, I make myself like within 3 hours, there was nothing left (I said to myself, its not tempting you to tell me on the phone I couldn’t have moved for nothing! ???) and for the smelling all '' decalisse '' use the word, well throw the .. well bene 'paid ...' 'yes' I did not receive a refund offer, nothing, really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue. Les autres fleuristes de la ville étaient fermés et pas de fleurs coupées. Pour 45 $ le bouquet avait 6 fleurs. Quelque chose d'aussi beau aurait pu être acheté dans une épicerie pour 20$. De plus elle a chargé 10$ pour une livraison qui demandait seulement traverser le pont. Peu pour 55$.
Very disapointed. The other florists in town were closed and no cut flowers. For $ 45 the bouquet had 6 flowers. Something as beautiful could have been bought in a grocery store for $ 20. In addition, she charged $ 10 for a delivery that only required crossing the bridge. Little for $ 55.
