★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. We live an hour away. Called and asked if we can pick up a parcel after a movie. Was advised as long as it’s before close, sure we can help you.
Arrived 15 mins to close and was turned away buy the Women anxious to leave and not help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are great all very friendly. What I have a problem with is when stuff goes on sale the shelf is empty the whole time it is on sale you cannot get the product. Getting a rain check dosent solve the problem you still can't get the product until the sale is over so you have to drive to a different store to buy the product and then your wasting time and gas. I haven't been able to buy the little car soups for 2 weeks now. Rain checks are a drag and inconvenient. Why not stock up on a product you are putting on sale or just don't put anything on sale so that we can at least buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it's just us living in Chinada during the plandemic but this store seems to increasingly provide a diminishing quality of service/products all the while while steadily increasing prices. It sucks that I am going to have to start ordering my groceries online from Red Deer; wish more people realized grocery stores were a place of business that affect peoples decisions on whether this community is worth living in/ continuing to invest in.
