J'ai pris la peine d'appeler 10min après mon achat que l'intérieur d'un jeu de société "les aventuriers du rail" était endommagé. Le lendemain je suis allée faire l'échange, vendeuse désagréable, air de boeuf!!! J'irai chez Renaud Bray la prochaine fois.
Bad after sales service!
I took the trouble to call 10 minutes after my purchase that the inside of a "rail adventurers" board game was damaged. The next day I went to make the exchange, unpleasant saleswoman, air of beef!!! I will go to Renaud Bray next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le seul endroit de la région pour trouver des jeux qui en vaille la peine ! Vous y trouverez de tout pour toute la famille de 0 à 110 ans !
Il y a des jouets pour les touts petits, des jeux éducatifs, de l’artisanat, des jeux de société, des accessoires de jeux, etc. Bref, un endroit qui vous plaira.
Les 2 bémols sont :
1 ) La priorité est souvent le "backstore''. Combien de fois me suis-je fait dire : ”Je ne peux pas t’aider, je dois aller déballer mes boites !”.
2) Il n’y a pas d’employé qui s’y connaisse vraiment en jeu de société (c’était la raison pour laquelle j’y allais).
Heureusement, il y a quelques personnes qui ont à coeur leur clientèle et se sont débrouillées pour trouver et commander ce que je cherchais.
Je vous recommande cet endroit !

There are toys for toddlers, educational games, crafts, board games, game accessories, etc. In short, a place that you will like.
The 2 downsides are:
1 ) The priority is often the "backstore". How many times have I been told: "I can't help you, I have to go unpack my boxes!".
2) There is no employee who really knows about board games (that was the reason I went there).
Fortunately, there are a few people who care about their customers and managed to find and order what I was looking for.
I recommend this place!
