S	Scott Stan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my sons ATV to be repaired at the service department and was very disappointed with the high cost for repair for a simple service job. I voiced my concern to a employee that was taking my payment and he stated that someone from management would contact me to hear my concerns. Its been a week and no phone call. When i picked up the ATV it was having the same issues I had dropped it off with. I asked for the tech to take another look at it and was told by one of the service writers "that's just how these units run". I took the ATV to another shop and they were able to repair for less then a 1/4 of the bill i payed at Gibbons. I would not recommend the service shop at this location for any work on older machines. I will not be returning for any service or sales in the future. Follow up to my review: I spoke with the service manager Justin about my concerns after receiving a call from him last week. We were able to come to a understanding from both myself and the service department on the issues i faced during my repair experience. I have to say that dealing with Justin was a very positive experience. He is very professional and I feel he honestly has the customers best interests in mind while doing business. I feel that Gibbons Power Sports is very lucky to have him as a manager in the company. I would consider retuning again in the future. Thanks again for everything Justin.

I went and had my son with me, next thing I knew Amy and him are having marshmellow hot chocolate and hanging out while i was on the phone. Working out some details. Lilnguy got to climb on everything and pretend he was riding them . Exceptional shop. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone.

Motor Toys call within the second day to say it was ready, Tech also brought to my attention that tie downs we’re starting to fail and recommended to change them. Boat was pulled out on the street and ready to go while invoice was being paid. Great job by all involved!

From that first purchase, to providing troubleshooting, and everything in between, Eddie and the team at the Salmon Arm location have went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service to us - even though they are 800 km, we are now loyal customers. Their customer service, service offering and personalized approach was far superior to the “big” dealers in Edmonton. I did some shopping at a few big dealers and I felt like I was just their next sales commission and they were pushy. It was the complete opposite at Gibbons Motor Toys. They were super personable, offered me the best price and stayed in regular contact. I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy, you won’t regret it.
