★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service ever! I own my own commercial shopping center and ask that the doors are locked back after trash removal. Noel, the truck driver looked at me and says "I am NOT locking the doors"! He won't even close them back. Ongoing problem. I wish I could leave a zero review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can NEVER get anyone to help on the phone. Called 5 times in a week and was told "I don't know" "I don't handle that" by several employees. Asked for a call back from someone who does know and never received a call back not once... never had this issue with MDI before it was bought out. It's been a nightmare dealing with gfl.
