She was able to set him up with a beautiful piece and we were both very pleased with the work. It took a little bit of time and the she let us know the cost up front. I would say the drive out to Pilot Butte was worth it.

Made the trip out to pilot butte and after a quick turn around time she had replace the entire zipper entirely with a more heavier duty one! Great work, will definitely return to Penny for all my embroidery needs.

I brought in one sweatshirt to have some embroidery work done in July. Mid September I followed up to confirm if the piece can be completed by October 16, the reply was "yes", October 15 I emailed to confirm pickup (no reply), the day of the scheduled pickup I called to confirm and found out my project had not even been started (it felt like it had been forgotten). I withdrew my order, which is unfortunate because I think it would have been a great end result, but unfortunately I did not receive the same level of customer service as others did.

Penny worked on it and it fits so perfectly! Just in time for the wedding in the UK. She also worked on some more alterations for me beforehand and I’m always happy with her work.
