Freshly Pressed Printing

Do not waste your time trying to get any kind of response or product from this so called business. My daughters senior class got hoodies and jerseys made and they were done in the wrong colour and the jerseys are the worst quality I have seen. They were supposed to be done months ago. When trying to email or call for an update, there is never a reply. I ordered phone cases four years ago. Still have not gotten any response or product. Worst place I have ever dealt with

Kris was so great to work with, especially during Covid. Thank you so much Kris and his staff. We love our products and they got our colours perfect for the stitching.

It's been 2.5 months and still haven't received my order for two shirts (a hoodie and a tee-shirt) This was a suggested company through the Professional Photographers of Canada with our logos on it. Curious if the order is still coming? Happy to switch this to a five star review, once they arrive or if I hear of an update or tracking number. Thanks! The best service I've ever received. I have made jerseys, shirts, you name it for my ball team and work events etc numerous amounts of times, and have dealt with companies all over Regina in regards to customizing clothing. Kris at Freshly Pressed did the best job on a specific order of mine, and I was more than impressed in regards to timeliness, pricing, service, and the product. He had it done way in advance before I needed it, and it was done perfectly. I can't believe I haven't gone here before. I will definitely be going back for future customization and I highly recommend them for 100% amazing customer service! I was very impressed with everything!

After I ruined my husband's favourite TShirt, Freshly Pressed was able to recreate it based off of some google images. I'm blown away by their skills. Kris was so great to deal with. I definitely recommend their services. Thanks again Kris.

I should clarify to begin this rating might not necessarily reflect the quality of their products. It only accurately reflects their customer service or at least my experience with it. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to experience their product to properly rate it. My saga began with three phone calls. The first call, I didn't leave a message wanting to speak to a person but a day later when I again got their voicemail I left a message requesting a call back. After a few days had passed with no response I called a third time, this time getting a person. When I put forward my inquiry their response? "Email us please. With everything you just said" Alright, fine. Why have a phone if you aren't going to use it? But okay. Onto email it went, I emailed what I was looking for and my specifications and, to their small credit, Freshly Pressed did respond with a quote. Great! Progress! Deciding to give them a try, I emailed my design and specifications and waited. Three business days, no response. Maybe they're working on my design to send back to me? Five business days, no response. I'll reach out to them in the same email thread to seek an update. So I do and wait two business days. Still no response. More then just a little annoyed at their inability to communicate, I send one more email clarifying if they are able to even acknowledge me. Well, I guess you can already guess that, no, there was and is no response. Still. More then five business days later. Far be it from me to judge them on their product. Maybe it's amazing, better then all the competition in the world. But if the Freshly Pressed Printings customer service and their complete disregard for new potential customers is any indication, don't expect much quality from them. Rest assured I will point any verbal recommendation requests elsewhere.

Great service and product. The printing on my aprons turned out great. Can’t wait to send out the finished product to my friends - they will love them. Thanks Kris. Unfortunately the images completely peeled off two of these aprons before they were even used. I don’t know about the other ones because I sent them out as gifts.

Kris is an excellent guy. His customer service is great and he offers best quality products and prints. Lest I forget, his price is quite cheap compared to others. Areas to improve is response to email, he needs to employ more hands. After my first order, I am stuck with Freshly pressed and have patronized him thrice this year 2021.
