By now more than 3 years, we have never had a problem. The former residents of our apartment had stayed 7 years and had the same comment. A little expensive? Maybe ... 3-4% more, but hassle: it's worth gold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge d'onéreuses augmentations alors qu'aucune amélioration est faite, laveuses sécheuses souvent non disponibles qui abîment les vêtements et qui lavent très mal, concierge qui entre comme il veut dans le logement, chauffe-eau qui brise fréquemment. L'administration ne prend pas d'actions pour régler ces contres-temps par contre, les loyers sont rigoureusement prélevés.
NB: munis de caméras de surveillance mais pas pour la sécurité des habitants mais bien pour nous surveiller
Loads of expensive increases when no improvement is made, washer-dryers often not available which damage clothes and wash very poorly, janitor who enters the accommodation as he wants, water heater which breaks frequently. The administration does not take action to settle these off-times, however, the rents are rigorously levied.
NB: equipped with surveillance cameras but not for the safety of the inhabitants but to monitor us
