★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestion Bégin n'a pas grand respect pour ses employés(es). France, la gérante du Subway chemin Ste-Foy, a quitté par écoeurement. J'étais un client régulier (presque 7 jours semaine) mais je vais changer d'endroit.
Gestion Bégin does not have much respect for its employees. France, the manager of the Subway chemin Ste-Foy, left in a disgraceful way. I was a regular customer (almost 7 days a week) but I will change location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible gestion: n'écoute pas les besoins des employés sur le plancher, refusent d'adapter leur façon de fonctionner aux réalités d'un cartier (on ne gère pas un resto à cap rouge de la même façon qu'un autre dans le centre ville). Constante pression pour tout faire avec moins d'heures. Manquent constamment de personnel parce que trop grande rotation d'employés (signe d'une mauvaise gestion). Ont poussé à l'épuisement beaucoup trop d'employés.
Horrible management: do not listen to the needs of employees on the floor, refuse to adapt their way of operating to the realities of a business (we do not manage a restaurant with red cap in the same way as another in the center city). Constant pressure to do everything with fewer hours. Constantly understaffed due to excessive turnover of employees (a sign of poor management). Too many employees have been exhausted.

Pendant qu’Ils poussent leurs gérants des différentes succursales à constamment réduire leur nombre d’heures, même alors que les ventes sont en hausse, ils se paient des voyages toute l’année ! Le temps des fêtes approche, un cours de gestion serait parfait pour “Gestion” Bégin.
Their management technique is simply HORRIBLE! While they are pushing their branch managers to constantly reduce their hours, even when sales are on the rise, they are paying for trips all year round! The holiday season is approaching, a management course would be perfect for “Gestion” Bégin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gros zéro dans la gestion du personnel Subway saint Lambert. Manque de personnel constamment aux heures de rush. Délai d'attente de 20 minutes quand il y a 3 personnes dans la files.
Clairement le service a la clientèle ne semble pas être une priorité.
A big zero in the management of Subway Saint Lambert personnel. Lack of staff constantly during rush hours. Waiting time of 20 minutes when there are 3 people in the line.
Clearly customer service does not seem to be a priority.
