★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit - After being contacted by Gerrie Electric they apologized and spoke to the fellow behind the service counter, he seems to be happier to help and always says hello now!
Always miserable counter service from the one gentleman, when we were served by the younger lady she had a great attitude and was always happy to help, but 9 times out of 10 we're greeted with a guy who always makes it seem like he's doing us a favour to serve us, never says hi, never makes eye contact, not ONE friendly thing has ever come out of his mouth. No goodbye, no have a great day, just silence.
Edit: I appreciate your response and am glad to hear something will be done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with Michael at the front counter he was great and suggested a better product than the one I had suggested. Had to order more in as I needed more than they usually stock. They had 6, I needed 18. 2 days and I had them all!
Great service and very nice to deal with.
