New e-ticket systems to collect points. Re loadable Play card better than carying tokens. Assist to Bowling centre.

My family and I had a very very bad experience with this place. The staff were extremely ignorant when it came to service. They also literally accused me and my family of cheating at a game because another child went and told them that we were reaching into the games. When what actually happened was my husband dropped his watch when he went to throw a ball into the milk jug game and he reached in to grab his watch as anyone would do! 2 workers (shayla and a chubby guy) came over and said we are not allowed into the machine to earn points. I tried explaining what happened and that we had to reach over to grab the watch she completely ignored me and walked away. Then she took all of my points off of our card and said we didnt earn them that we cheated to win the points. So my family left with no refund and no points on our card. The manager Cathy went along with shayla and I recorded the entire argument. Cathy and Shayla admitted on recording that they do not have video of us going into the machine nor did they physically see us go into the machine. They went off of what a child had told them. Shayla and cathy were EXTREMELY ignorant to my family and I. I emailed the owner and tried calling several times and he is avoiding me. I can not believe a family fun centre would treat a family this way. It was so ignorant and disgusting the way we were treated. I will never return there again. My family and I have found better and more respectful fun centers to go to. I'm disgusted with the way my family and I were treated and called cheaters. It was very embarrassing and ignorant of them to do. My family and I are there every weekend! Never again will we return. Disgusting place to go for family fun.
