I worked with Myshel on a few different things and a project too - I cannot say enough about how great she is at designing and making your vision a reality. Also I should probably mention that Myshel is one of the funniest people I email and her humour never fails to bring a smile on my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the best experience I've ever had a print shop.
I only gave them an hours notice to get my calendar completed before Christmas. They did so with respect, professionalism, customer care, and produced a finished product that was better than what I could have expected!
Once again, with the utmost respect and professionalism you don't really see much of today. They take great pride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off on the wrong foot as I walked in to get something printed and laminated. The lady doing the work was extremely rude. When trying to talk I was rudely cut off. Then proceeded to talk about me to her male coworker as I was standing at the counter. I work at a job that requires me to deal with hyper sensitive people who lack communication skills. I used humor and changed my approach to redirect the hostility. It's not my job though as the customer to make the service palpable. However on a positive note they did great work and in the end I got what I needed despite the toxic atmosphere. Hence the positive rating. Maybe the staff were having a bad day or she just has no communication skills. I gave a tip at the end and said goodbye but I think I'll try a different printing service in the future.
Update: Spoke with the owner about my negative experience and he was extremely gracious, professional and courteous in regards to the above incident. He promised to address the customer service issue and was extremely helpful.
