★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order online to Winnipeg. The customer service is incredible. Deliveries arrive fast with a self written note. I’m hooked on the creamed Earl Grey, Delta, green Dragon-well and both blue and green Matcha.
The tea bags are also perfect for camping and for company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Milk Oolong and Blue Delta which are really excellent. I bought them twice so far (I’m a new customer) and will buy again for sure. The Milk Oolong has a creamy buttery taste and a delicate flavour. So good! The Blue Delta is a herbal tea and has a purple colour. Original! I recommend Genuine Tea. Fast delivery too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine Tea is some of the best tea I've ever had, and I've been drinking loose leaf tea for 15+ years!
My faves include the cream of earl grey and imperial jasmine, which I always order in bulk because it's an essential day-to-day drink for me.
What's cool is that, at least in Toronto, shipping is generous and fast.

Their matcha is by far my favourite (which I drink daily) and I keep several of their herbal teas on hand at all times. They strive to reduce their environmental impact in refining their packaging, which is important to me. Above all, the taste and CC quality of their teas is top notch.

The herbal teas have great variety and I enjoy trying them out - I have not yet tried any that I would not order again. I highly recommend Genuine Tea products.

I absolutely love their matcha - I'm a subscriber to the monthly club so I'm always drinking it. All of their teas are superb quality and I know I can always trust them when ordering something new. I cannot recommend Genuine Tea enough!
