★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not build with genesis!!!!! We have had nothing but problems since we moved in and all we get are excuses and missed appointments. This is not the builder you want. Spend a bit more to get a reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am building a home with Genesis in Bayview. I initially had no plans to move to Airdrie from Calgary. However after meeting Jeff Augustine, his positivity and enthusiasm for the quality of a Genesis home, I decided to build in Bayview, Airdrie.
Jeff has been very positive, he is easy to work with and very professional. Jeff has been amazing at answering my questions in a very timely manner. His attention to detail, advocating for me as a homeowner and his knowledge of all aspects of the build process have made my experience with Jeff Augustine both positive and rewarding. If you’re looking to build in Airdrie I highly recommend seeking out Jeff Augustine at the Bayview show home in Airdrie.
