The floor plans are 2nd to none. Trendy & practical finishes, stylish elevations. Searched a long time for our builder. Excel were a breath of fresh air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excel homes did a good job building our home in chinook gate. From the first time we walked into the presentation center all the way until possession, excel was friendly, transparent and professional. The build was completed on time and on budget.
While we can not speak for long term durability of the build at this time, we can confirm that the quality witnessed during the multiple construction walk throughs and at time of possession met expectations.
After some time dealing with after purchase customer care, I have decided that 5 stars is no longer justified. After purchase customer support leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my first home with excel homes at Chinook gate community. When I signed deal they were expecting to finish construction by mid January but they I did not got possession till March. I do understand that weather plays role during construction but not for 2 months period. When I questioned to sales team they says they don’t know why construction team did not start. During possession I was told my all seasonal work will be done by last week of June to mid July. When I reached out to customer service team in during mid July. They had a nice excuse of COVID 19 . COVID does not effect their construction team while building new homes in same community and on same street. Again I reached out to customer service team regarding my garage build up and grading will be done as my other project is due in backyard such as deck and fencing. I asked customer service rep regarding just ETA but he says he don’t know and he can’t says. When you are big builder you can’t give ETA then what we should understand as a customer. Then you are not suppose to give fake ETA during possession. It’s almost end of June and my garage is not started build up . Such a terrible customer service team and project team excel has. I do not recommend this builder at all. I just signed another deal with McKee homes and they are really good.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER AT ALL.
