★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two buildings here #39 + #41. The apartment buildings here is not bad, but not the best. It's clean. And the super at #41 is super nice, his name is Bob. He is very helpful and considerate. He smiles and greets you. The other one at #39 is not that friendly and smokes everywhere (even inside the building). There are alot of kids in these buildings. And most are nice. There are afew tenants that tries and talks to you even though you want to be left alone. You don't want to be rude, but it's kinda of creepy that a particular tenant will try and follow you - to talk about racist things, or stuff that's not amusing. You can't really walk or hang outside the building because of this. Even the security guy tries to hit on girls or want to talk to you, while you want to be left alone. BE AWARE of this. Also, there are afew times where drunken kids will act distrubing. They also do alot of fire alarm tests, every month. It's extremely loud and inconvienient.
Other than that, the apartment itself is nice. It's clean more so at #41. Good luck
