★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was hired to provide care for a 78 year old woman with dementia and congestive heart failure. The owner had a great sales pitch so a temporary short term contract was signed. They were unable to deliver due to inadequate staffing in the area. This was not disclosed during the pitch. Once I was thoroughly frustrated and disappointed the owners daughter stepped in to try hiring staff to provide the care. They were never able to provide the number of hours agreed upon. Recently respite care was required. The owners daughter provided the majority of the care during the respite. The care was less than adequate, the blatant disregard for the elderly woman’s privacy and dignity along with the disrespectful attitude regarding my concerns resulted in my terminating the contract. A police report has been filed and an occurrence number issued. Beware.

Without this support she often sleeps the day away as she is no longer able to fill her time on her own. When she sees her caregiver she smiles, chats and enjoys engaging in activities with her daily companion. Thank you to Lorene and her team of compassionate caregivers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorraine you are an angel! My 84 year old uncle was discharged from hospital with NO care plan, and in spite of many calls to LINN, NO care was received for ONE week. One call to Genesis Comfort Care brought Lorraine and her expertise to my uncle's side on the same day! Her care and compassion for my elderly aunt and uncle, and our family is amazing and so appreciated!! A highly recommended care provider!! An angel indeed!
