★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When things took a turn for the worse with my mother we didn't know where to look. When I Googled "in home care for sick parent" Warm Embrace was the 1st to pop up. I made the call - Avery was amazing. We talked for a good 30 mins and she even comfort me when I was crying.
The ladies at Warm Embrace are amazing!!! They are loving caring women with the most compassionate care you could ever want for your parents.
I can't thank you enough for what your team has done up to this point. I look forward to spending more time with my mom and all you wonderful ladies. Our home is your home ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our time with Warm Embrace was not as long as we intended due to hospitalization and the passing of my father in law. What we experienced, however, was truly a warm embrace. We found the caregivers supportive and attentive. They provided detailed reports of the care and assistance provided. What could have been a difficult journey for my father in law left him looking forward to the caregivers arrival and their help over night. He quickly bonded with them and enjoyed their caring approach to ensuring he was comfortable. From the back rubs and gentle massages, the chats and the treats they got him in the middle of the night when he wanted a pudding cup or a cookie, he was cared for in the way that we, and he, appreciated so much. Thank you to the caregivers and thank you to Warm Embrace for providing so much support and care when it was needed the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard nothing but positive comments from those who engaged Warm Embrace services for their loved ones. However, when considering respite care, I was very concerned that my mother would not accept someone coming into her life while my father (her prime care-giver in a retirement gone) had some time to himself. Both my father and I were pleasantly surprised. My mother has absolutely loved the young, fun-loving, kind, and intuitive staff the service provided. She actually looks forward to each visit!
I have so appreciated both the professionalism, organizational efficiency and compassion of Warm Embrace and its members. The whole process has been so easy and positive. Thank you! C. Gregory

Both Andrea and the service from Warm Embrace have been wonderful. She took care of our Mom with compassion and kindness and we were very blessed to have had her.
