One word - Horrific!!! Receptionist is horrendous, rude. Tech came in within 10 minutes recommended that I replace my 1.5 year old Samsung front loading machine. When asked for a detailed part number and work order requested by Samsung, they replied with we told you to buy a new washing machine. Call the company in Gloucester that Samsung gives you for any future needs not these guys!

Worst service center. Receptionist is beyond rude, and the repair they did on my fridge did not work. My fridge is warranteed through Samsung and Samsung referred me to this company. Absolutely horrible. There is a huge lack of customer service here. The tech himself didn't seem fully knowledgable and had to call someone to get help when at my house. Really wish Samsung would work with another company in the Ottawa Area. I was referred to their services a second time and they haven't returned my calls after they called me to book an appointment and I didn't answer. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Avoid this company.

I have to say that my experience this morning was not in-keeping with the comments below. I was apprehensive when I read the critiques, but the receptionist was lovely yesterday, next day service, and a competent and gentlemen of a technician... That was my experience... I learned that gas appliance technicians are rare, and I was bounced around all over the city trying to find one. This could be frustrating, but they did reassure me that they serviced Samsung appliances, and thus I would understand that sometimes they may be busy... But my service experience was 5 star!!! There was a bit of a language barrier maybe with English, but very professional service. I would recommend them, and will call on them again if needed in the future. Respectfully, RD

This was a warranty service call for a LG washer. The technician showed up on time and was extremely thorough with the inspection and repairs. Very satisfied with the service received. Fingers crossed the washer will not break down again!

Came to fix a leaking water dispenser on a brand new Samsung fridge. Tech didn't listen when I told him I ran 10 gallons of water through the system 15 minutes before he got there to purge any air in the lines, which is main cause of leaking dispenser according to Samsung. He proceeds to start running water through the system and I told him that wasn't the problem, multiple times. Still leaks after he finishes running more water through the system. Tech asks if I am on a well and if I had water treatment system, which I do. Tech says the reverse osmosis water treatment system is the problem due to reduction in water pressure it creates. But I don't have a reverse osmosis system, I have a whole house filter media system and water pressure is the same after coming out of the system as it is going in. 40-60 PSI, well within the range Samsung recommends. Told him that 5 times. So he writes reverse osmosis system is the cause on work order sheet, says it can't be fixed and leaves. The tech clearly doesn't listen and there is a big time language barrier. Very difficult to understand. Made no effort to check anything else to what else could be the cause. My non existent reverse osmosis system is causing the leak apparently. If Samsung refers you to this company, request Appliance Repair Center instead. These guys have no clue.

Very rapid and professional repair to my LG dishwasher. Called to request service one day and described problem. The called back within a few hours to schedule the service the following day. Technician arrived with necessary parts early within the schedule window and completed repair very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Replacement call through LG. They did not have the part in stock and gave me an approximate date of receipt. The day passed and they never updated me. A month later I tried calling every day and never got an answer or return call. The part was never given to me nor the service rendered. I had paid already, as per LG Replacement Service requirement. Would not suggest for people to take this company for the LG Replacement Service program. Receptionist was also rude. Was more concentrated on talking over me than listening when asking about a preferred service date. If you want to know the date, maybe wait for the answer?

Amazing experience. Great communication and the tech/owner of the company was on time. He had my oven up and running within a hour. He was even able to diagnose the problem over the phone so he arrived with the parts to fix it. I will definitely be using their service again in the future for any repairs needed.
