★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yuri was on time, identified the problem with our fridge/freezer quickly and fixed it immediately. Our glass cooktop needed parts to be ordered and within a few days Yuri was earlier than the booked time and quickly replaced the parts. He was very professional and made certain that everything worked correctly before leaving. We will definitely call Yuri for any future needs and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Yuri !~

When the service repair man, Vasiliy, showed up, he was very personable, informative and prepared. He quickly assessed the problem and replaced the part. I will definitely call Capital Appliance Repair again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with Capital Appliance Repair. We called and had a technician in within a few days. Our tech, Victor was very professional, polite and transparent- he saw how old my dryer is and I thought he was going to tell me it’s over- but he didn’t give up on my 15yr + dryer (that I love) - he looked into parts and lo and behold - they still make them.
Long story short, you can tell he is super busy but he made sure to take the time to do the job well and clean up afterwards- (while not taking too long! Lol)
Would use them again in a heartbeat- prices are also very reasonable.

Vasily was professional and took the time to explain the issue. The main office was quick and responsive to book the appointments. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the repair job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Capital Appliance several times for our rental properties and our own home. The technicians are qualified and able to perform most repairs same day or within 1-2 business days if parts are required.
They offer valuable advice to help the customer decide on whether or not to proceed with the repair (based on age, condition, etc. of the appliance).
The main office replies quickly to inquiries, including up to later in the evening, and is very courteous.
This time around, we were able to get a repair within 24 hours when their competitor was not available for 4 days. They will definitely be my first call next time around!
