The First Lady was absurdly rude and basically told the company I owe to take legal action which is not what I wanted when all I told her was can you call back later I’m currently at work and can’t take this call

I informed her multiple times and instructed to NOT call my number as there is no one by the name she is looking for associated with my number. However.. the calls and voice-mail still continue. This practice should be banned and is highly unprofessional.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. ZERO customer service skills, ZERO respect. Especially Raul Mehta.

Doubled up on my credit scores to completely try and screw me over. If you can't fix this I will have no reason but to resort to legal means. Fix it now or I will have to escalate this further.

They held my information in limbo for 5 years and are still reporting a CLOSED, PAID OFF account to one’s credit Bureau.. when asked why this is the agent hung up on me and when I called back I was give the excuse of it being a “technical error” and told that I must request the removal of the account from my bureau myself . Big companies like Telus need to do better and choose a more realistic, reliable and customer service oriented company to deal with their customers and cases.

People there answering phones have no professionalism, talks like they are BIG SHOTS and NEVER RETURNS CALLS. Oh wait, if you owe them money, they'll be sure to call you 24/7!!! Paid off the account with a few months. Asked for a release letter and NEVER HAPPENED!! Balance is still showing in Trans Union after 6 months later!!! Not acceptable. I suggest any Businesses looking for a COLLECTION AGENCY, DON'T USE THEM!!!
