The office staff (shout out to Leanne!) were friendly and professional. Everyone was able to answer my questions easily. They also did 2 follow up calls to make sure everything was running properly. The lights themselves are beautiful. I love the multitude of combinations that we can have. Our neighbours have commented on how great they look too. I would recommend Gemstone Lights Calgary to family and friends with no reservations. Keep up the great work!

A number of homeowners on our street had them and spoke very highly of the lights and the installer. We needed them to improve the lighting at our front entry and walkway. They work as advertised, we’re reasonably priced and professionally installed. The number of colour selections and setups are endless. I would highly recommend the Gemstone product and the Calgary dealer.

Install crew were very professional, clean, made sure we were happy with how the install went and took their time to go over the app - even making it easy for an old guy. Getting Gemstone was the best decision we made. The company and installer are professional and courteous. The workmanship was amazing. The app is so easy to use and we absolutely love programming our lights - it’s so fun to play around with the themes (ex. Advent calendar, Valentines Day, Chinese New Years and the list goes on!). The colour of the lights are so rich and bold. They truly make our house shine. We have received numerous compliments from the neighbours - many have also decided to go with Gemstone. Go for it, you will not be disappointed.

Technician(name escapes me - he went to school in Hawaii and very friendly)attended as planned and did some outstanding work during install process. He told me what he would be doing and throughout day treated our home like it was his taking great care… ”pride in workmanship” well done Gemstone in finding great ambassadors for your company. Installer demonstrated features once installed and made sure I was comfortable in operation before he left. We had the front face of the house done, loved it so much that we had the back side done several months later. Although we were out of town when installing the rear side - same installer attended and synced both controller. First class service with money well spent - I no longer have to risk going onto the roof for lights. Summer 2021 we enjoyed our lights, Christmas was totally magical. Available download programs are awesome and we especially loved the Advent program which gave us a different pattern during the month of December (neighbours will be envious). Quality product and service, which I would happily recommend to others. Beautiful feature for the house and we look forward to years of enjoyment. The installation was done perfectly; the lights look like they're designed for the house and I no longer have to climb the house to put up lights for festive times. The installer took extra time to show us how things work and to ensure everything was working as intended. We are very pleased and will be installing some more in the back for our deck.

The lights are of excellent quality, the colour possibilities are endless, and the app has many fun preconfigured settings and patterns. Each pattern can be controlled for speed and brightness, and you can adjust the pattern elements and save your cust design. In the photos, I do not have any other soffit lighting on and you'll see that some have a bright/cool white wash and other photos I've used the warm white wash. Then there are photos with some other preconfigured patterns like Christmas, cino de mayo, pride. I ordered these during my new home build phase through Home Solutions/Simple Spaces. The installation team was superb, Colin and his team left a clean, colour matched install and performed a demo for me. There are other products out there like this, but they do not offer the same quality, longevity, and features of true gemstone lighting. Was it worth it? If you break the cost down into materials, material quality, colour matched housing, labour, and know that these will work for as long as you own your house, Yes. My children and I are already enjoying that we can make the colours/patterns our hearts desire and it's bright enough to work when they invite their friends over in the day time too! The novelty and longevity of this product tips the scales in my opinion (to even more yes).
