They even completed a few things we would not have thought of ourselves. We would definitely hire the GEM team again and will recommend them to everyone.

They were on time for the estimate and gave us a quote right on the spot. Even though they were booked solid for weeks they still managed to squeeze us into their schedule a few days later so that we could settle into our new home. When it came to painting our place they arrived right on time again and made our main floor look like new. They were respectful of our place and left no trace at all when they were finished. They were meticulous and detail-oriented, right down to positioning every single screw on the wall plates and light switch covers perfectly up and down so that they all aligned. When they left, Jerohmie said to call him if we weren’t completely happy with the results and he would come back and fix it without charge. To my eyes the job they did was nothing short of perfect. But true to his word he came back a few days later to fix a few faint marks my wife found on one wall, and he did so at no additional cost. Throughout the whole process Jerohmie and Dee returned our phone calls and texts immediately, and they were always polite and punctual. In a world where it’s getting harder and harder to find good help these days, Jerohmie and Dee are a throwback to the days when businesses actually cared about giving their customers great service. They’re hands-down the best painters around.

The two of them were professional and delivered exactly what was discussed. If it wasn’t for the smell of fresh paint, we wouldn’t have known they were down there! So quiet and respectful of our home. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and their work is top notch! Best of all, they charged exactly as quoted. No hidden costs or surprises. Jerohmie made sure we were good with the design before getting too far into the process which we appreciated very much . They were also very easy to work with and fulfilled requests we had asked for the design. Jerohmie also went above and beyond to buy additional equipment to cut a piece of trim to fit above our windows! Overall we had a good experience and are very happy with the work they’ve done .
