★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a consultation, everything I told them what I wanted she dismissed me. She basically told me what was best for me and, they did not care what I wanted. Also there were Two quotes that were to be sent into my insurance, and the only one they sent in was the most expensive One and not caringthat I could not afford it. Not impressed very poor service only in it for the money it seems

I entered Gem trepidatiously, with a near palpable anxiety. upon completion of a consultation and casting with the inimitable Patricia, my anxiety was assuaged. this remarkable woman, a true artist, had the knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to quell my consternation; then provided me with a beautiful new smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite nervous at first to get my teeth pulled and dentures so I went for a consult first! Sarah made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me so that I was comfortable with it all. After getting the actual dentures she has gone above and beyond to make sure that they are a good fit and that I am happy with them. I just told her "I don't want them to look fake!" I am more than happy!

Sarah was so welcoming and kind from the minute I walked in. It was evident that you are not just a client in this clinic, and they truly care about you!

Not that this can be expected, but it does show they have great attention to detail and are talented in their work. Would highly recommend GEM to anyone! Always helpful and genuinely care about their customers.
