★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have reached out for a quote to replace our water damaged cabinet doors, twice! Both times (first time was months ago), we have been told that they will ‘get back to us’ and have heard nothing. We were hoping this would be painless as the cabinets were originally from this company.
Not to mention the water damage is terrible for very minimal water exposure. But on the website, it does state that they cannot handle water. Do not use these cabinets in your kitchen or bathrooms! *we were not asking for replacements, we were paying in full*
Overall, not impressed. I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an issue with 2 of our cabinet doors and I reached out to Gem cabinets. They had a manager reach out and he ordered new ones. Due to the fact that they were Under warranty, they did not charge me.They kept me up-to-date on a delivery time frame and we received them fairly quickly. I appreciated their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Crack in one of our cabinets. Went into gem to get it repaired/replaced was told repairing isn't possible so would need to replace. Not an issue to replace. Ordered this item in January was told 4-6 weeks to get it back. Still no issue because I understand with shipping and such. My issue now is its April, no updates, no sign of cabinet door, no communication. When we ask hey whats the update we get it should be next week this has happened 4x now. It's coming from one province over so I don't think they can blame shipping. I don't think their sales department has sent in the product for replacement. Refund and my door is what I want back and I'll get a real cabinet maker to get this job settled because they aren't cabinet makers they are cabinet installers and do not care for product unless they get the install part. Not a company I would suggest to anyone for repairs or installs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently completed a main floor renovation that included removing and replacing the entire kitchen. Gem Cabinets was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I went with them. From design to the final product, I was made to feel that my small project was important and foremost to them. Due to backlogs and distribution issues, some items took longer to arrive than anticipated, but Gem kept me informed as to delivery dates etc, and came out to install things as soon as possible.
I'm very pleased with the final outcome and would definitely use Gem Cabinets again, or recommend them to friends or family.

Martina was amazing to work with and had great feedback to help make my dream kitchen a fully functioning reality! The installer was very fast with a high attention to detail.
We were so happy with our service here that we came back a little while later to have a custom office designed (thanks again, Martina!), which was stunning!
Highly recommend!

Our project was done during COVID and faced a number of delays, and we had a number of unique organizational needs and aesthetic preferences that required innovative solutions. Cynthia, our designer, provided invaluable expertise and helped us finalize a design that met all our needs. We did encounter some supply issues due to the pandemic, but they were clearly communications and we felt they were well managed. We couldn't be happier with the results.
