★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent building! Well managed and when we there are issues with any of the common areas management is quick to respond. Condo fees are super low and I have not seen an increase while living here. Lots of families and it’s a suburban feel for sure, no partners or noise in the building. Have not encountered a single unplanned fire alarm while living here, only had 1 as a fire alarm test which we were informed about ahead of time. Definitely one of the best investments and places to live as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great building with extremely low condo fees! The staff/security is very friendly and ensure the hallways and amenities are cleaned daily. Noise was never an issue, everything is closely located and it’s an extremely family friendly/safe area. The pictures of the bad review written seem staged as I can contest that I’ve never seen any issues when I had lived there. Would definitely recommend to rent or own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE. Although convenient location as near to Walmart, Canada Tire etc. but bad odor, galleries stinks, garbage rooms are never cleaned, water leakages in parking, noise upstairs are unbearable, broken elevator, fire alarms run daily. COSTLY INVESTMENT, NOT WORTHY.
