★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living at GEC Pearson has been en excellent decision. Being new at the country, in the midst of a pandemic, GEC managed to facilitate my settlement in Canada. With high level installations, all utilities included and great roommates life at GEC! Location is amazing since, you have the Langara Golf trail, tennis courts just a short walk away, and just 25 minutes away from downtown by skytrain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at GEC Pearson a few days ago and I’m already in love with it. It is everything portrayed in the pictures on the website and more! It is situated in a peaceful and serene environment. I’m on the 6th floor and the view from my window is absolutely stunning. The thing I appreciate most is that it’s very close to the Marine Gateway where all essential services are provided and it’s within walking distance.I look forward to my long-term stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room is shared bed room, and I was afraid of too high bed. It’s kind of scary when I wake up, honestly. But the room size is good for me, and good study environment. The location is near College, stores and station. I’m satisfied with here.
When I arrived at the GEC Pearson, it was Saturday. I thought the system is kind like complicated a little bit. However, many people helped me a lot! They helped me how to enter to the entrance and use elevator. I like the room but also like the residents. I really appreciate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GEC Pearson is the rainbow for me. You can see colourful rainbow just outside the window. You can arrive a supermarket in 10 mins walking. You can cook whatever you like in the full-functional kitchen. These are all included in Pearson.
