★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been living here for nearly two months, building is usually clean. No large mailbox for all tenants is slightly annoying. Our suite has needed a lot of maitenance so far, the handyman rarely visits in our experience. Caretaker is friendly, if a little lacking in communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an apartment viewing here recently. Caretaker was condescending, joked about past tenants he had evicted, and just could not stop talking about how much he hates homeless people. Suites we looked at were grimy and poorly maintained.
