C	Chris Borreson, A.Sc.T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my 2015 CVO water pump give out on me 2400 km away from home, the Girls in the service department were absolutely awesome and understood I was dissolving my riding group's vacation time by the breakdown. I met the store owner and his wife- cool folks, made me feel at home, they fit me right in with a jammed schedule during the busy season (July) and was fixed and on the road the next day. They gave us a huge discount at a fancy hotel down the road. And they had the only replacement water pump in Canada at the time, they have a great stock of parts, otherwise we'd be catching a ride back to Sask in a tow truck. I will never forget the great service the smiling gals gave me and they treat you like your in a small town not a big city.

Nic in parts was effecint and experienced in what I required, until her dad walked into the dealership. She almost broke my eardrum squealing. LOL her Daddy had come in unexpectedly from Vancouver. ?? It felt like a pleasure to be a part of that. Jen very kind and called me back later and booked a time and the quote was brought together quickly and efficiently. I know who to ask for when I want something done efficiently and professionally. The appointment is on the day of my birthday and then I get to ride on the international women's Day right on May 7th, weather providing. ?

Had to find accommodations on the fly as the dealership was closed for the long weekend. Come Tuesday morning I reach out to GAsoline Alley HD in Red Deer where they gave me the ESP information, lucky I had 1 year left. Contacted GA in Kelowna who promptly sent down the rescue vehicle to pick me and my bike up. Once at the shop it was determined that I would be flying home as my bike was staying for awhile. Covid back orders meant no new parts from Harley until near Christmas which Brad and the team in Kelowna kept me Indy the entire time. I also added some maintenance work to be done while it was at the dealership which was done and ready for when I came to pick up the bike. Its now May and flying in to Kelowna to pick up the bike when I am greeted by lead sled all clean and ready to ride home. I cant say enough about the crew at Gasoline Alley Kelowna for all they did as well as the ESP program which made the process painless. I will forever be a Gasoline Alley customer either in Red Deer or Calgary for all my bike needs. Thanks again one hell of a happy biker"

John has spent a good hour or more on each of several visits by me in my quest to get the grips that would not only fit my hands properly (long fingers, needed bigger grips) but also grips that visually I liked and very importantly, would fit my particular bike. John never flinched or showed any sign of frustration as he worked with me to find the right grips. And trust me, I was the one getting frustrated, not at all due to John's doing, just dealing with the difficulty of my specific needs and request. He held his own in an extremely professional manner and in the end we found the grips I liked, the ones that fit my bike and were able to be shipped in a relatively short time to coincide with the upcoming service on my bike. Highly recommend going to John! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and there to help you with your specific needs."

However after showing up to the store where I was greeted by Bubba. Bubba instantly made me feel like part of the family. Thanks to his vast knowledge and my eye catching a 2019 Street Bob I ended up switching bikes. This bike is a dream, I literally could not be happier with the choice. If it was not for Bubba I wouldn't have made the choice and damn was it the right one. This bike is a beauty, it turns heads everywhere I go and it rips. The entire experience was phenomenal. We were welcomed by all the staff. Bubba demonstrated a lot of knowledge and helped us pick out the right bike. We were given a fair price on our trade in, we even upgraded our bike and bough some more gear. We also used in house financing, The process was smooth and fair.
