★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, it is one of the worst gas stations in Nanaimo. Pumps are old and often are "out of service" staff is unenthusiastic and unhelpful. The property has been undermaintained. I use it only when I have to as it is near my house. One example for how bad this place is run and taken care of. I needed to vacuum something I had spilled out of my car. I fill up with gas, pull over to the vacuum and there is a sign "Vacuum has suction issues - use at own risk". How about you buy a new vacuum instead of having me put my hard earned money into a hunk of garbage. That is the last time I was there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars. The 2 incredibly rude female employees I encountered yesterday afternoon (05/21/2020) were an absolute nightmare. I'm unsure of the reasons behind their unprofessional and offensive attitudes but I would be absolutely embarrassed to have them representing my establishment. Continue treating customers the way you treated me and you'll eventually find yourself unemployed or your business boarded up. I will never set foot in this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR UPS DROP OFF
These lazy individuals don't like scanning your UPS orders when you come in as they think their job is so difficult that they have to be in a frantic mode at all times. You have to push them to scan it otherwise they'll "lose" your UPS orders.
