Came in wanted more info on cannabis oils and I was asked questions about past use and everything to make sure that the product being sold to me was going to do the best for sleep and anxiety. They are super knowledgeable and told me honestly what wouldn't work and to save my money and time they wouldn't sell what they didn't think would work for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite cannabis store in the city! The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are very helpful. They have a great selection of products and are always adding new items like the infused drinks and CBD bath bombs! Ordering online is super quick as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was refused entrance based on my ID. I provided: interim provincial drivers license (moved from out of province photo one is in mail). Provided PAL (federal photo ID). I've purchased from this location a week ago using these ID's. Both of which are government issued. Consistency in your admission practices would be appreciated. I left the location disgruntled and unsure of if I'll be returning. Management: now is your chance to earn my business back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not palatable, haven ordered online for delivery that was suppose to be next day, i had to call to find out what happened with delivery only to be told it was coming 3 days later. Asked for order to be cancelled, left message with manager, order was not and no call back!!! The dispensary should work on their order fulfillment and not over promise and under deliver.
