★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh, if I could give no stars I would. I ordered a clematis (ONE!) back on May 24. The charge appeared in the pending section of my credit card. I had asked to pick up. A week later, I had not hear anything. I went online to track and there was no order visible, so I emailed. No response a week later. I emailed again, two days later no response. Tried to call, continually busy. Went on chat, a 79 minute wait!!!! I checked my card, and I noticed the pending charge has disappeared. Absolutely appalling service. Covid is NOT an excuse anymore, we are months into this, and others are managing so much better. I truly hope the order has been cancelled, I will NEVER deal with these people again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Lowes on Thursday August 5 to get fall flowers for my garden. It'd be helpful if the price tags were clear and visible.
Debbie had a terrible customer service skill, I wonder if she had a bad day or she needed a "how to" course!!! I respected her as an elderly, but with her attitude and being helpless in the garden center, she could turn someone's happy day to misery. I didn't appreciate that Debbie.
