★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis venu a cette garage pour changer les pneus d hiver . Y étai 10h am puis ont me fait passer du monde avant moi du monde sans rendez vous. Maintenant il est 12h30pm . 2heur 30 d attend toujour pas encore servie dernière fois je passer ici. Oublier cette place les gars niaise . Je suis parti voir a une autre place . me faire attendre puis me faire niaiser . Les gars sont pas sérieux.
I came to this garage to change the winter tires. Was there at 10am then put me from the world before me to the world without an appointment. Now it's 12:30 p.m. 2:30 am still waiting not yet served last time I pass here. Forget this place foolish guys. I went to see somewhere else. make me wait and then make me stupid. The guys are not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience! Un frein, disque, galiper pour presque 600$. 2 semaines plus tard. J ai encore des problèmes de freins et le mecano ose me dire que c est à cause de ma conduite. J y retourne plus dans ce garage??
Bad experience! A brake, disc, galiper for almost $ 600. 2 weeks later. I still have brake problems and the mechanic dares to tell me that it is because of my driving. I don't go back there anymore in this garage plus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there because they had a special on installing winter tires and oil change. They made me wait for 4 hours no reasons I don't know bad management About a week after the appointment I noticed that One of my tires was missing air and when I looked physically well the the tire rim crest was missing. I called and they said to bring it in so I did and again waited for over an hour to be served. I advised them that they were responsible for the missing part and wasting my time going back 2 times cause I live in the west island. The manager told me the reason that I was missing air was that there was a nail so I went to the mechanic and he confirm there was never a nail in my new tire. I was so upset I called the day after to see if they had ordered the missing part and they said they would get back to me. That never happen so to get a discount I finished by paying more. On top that garage is so filthy and has no heat not counting the extremely dirty washroom. I would never go there again
