E	Eros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there maybe a month or two ago. I haven’t collected cards or played the game since the old days, when I was much younger. Decided to build a collection of them, not for their rarity, but to have. Ended up purchasing my first ever booster box and sold them out of whatever Egyptian god sleeves they had. I did this because of the staff, who were very friendly and kind. I get a lot of anxiety so having friendly staff share some insight on the world of Yu-gi-oh cards nowadays was very valuable to me. It eased my anxiety to tell them what I was looking for with full support! Also, while I don’t remember the guy’s name who served me, I want to give a huge thank you to him! Super great and chill lad! Again, thank you so much! I look forward to seeing you guys again and hopefully the great guy who served me.

The staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease visiting the store for the first time (and definitely won’t be my last!) I can’t recommend this place enough. 5/5 stars.

I spoke with one of the owners or managers about the issue on the phone and the person I spoke to seemed more interested in winning an argument than understanding why I felt the trade-in hadn't been processed correctly. The person eventually hung up on me and at that point I didn't think I would ever return to this store. I then wrote an email to the store explaining the entire situation including the poor customer service I received on the phone. I soon received a reply from owner Adam apologizing on behalf of the store and offering a refund for the difference I had lost due to the way the trade-in was processed. Adam showed a high level of customer service and seemed eager to make things right with the customer. Overall, I think customers can shop here with peace of mind as the owner is very good at responding to complaints or concerns.

My son has recently started playing MTG with our pod, and (wish I'd caught his name!!) Our clerk on Saturday morning was great, encouraging and provided excellent insight into the products we wanted to purchase. New LGS :) will be back often.
