★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n’ai qu’un seul mot à dire: exceptionnel. Il s’agit de mon 5e projet avec Galleria Design et je suis impressionné par la constance de la prise en charge et du service. L’équipe de design offre un service personnalisé: une visite du showroom était un must pour moi et j’ai pu m’inspirer pour réaliser mon projet. Les délais ont été respectés malgré la covid et l’équipe d’installation ont été soucieux de garder ma maison propre durant les travaux.
Un merci spécial à Jean pour l’accompagnement tout au long du projet. J’ai vraiment senti que vous avez travaillé dans mon intérêt et je vous en remercie beaucoup.
 I have only one word to say: exceptional. This is my 5th project with Galleria Design and I am impressed with the consistency of support and service. The design team offers a personalized service: a visit to the showroom was a must for me and I was able to get inspired to realize my project. The deadlines were met despite the covid and the installation team was careful to keep my house clean during the work.
A special thank you to Jean for the support throughout the project. I really felt that you worked in my interest and I thank you very much for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time coming to this showroom. It's closes due to a flooding for 4 months and there was no mentioned on the website nor their automated phone service that they are temporarily closed. Very unprofessional. We drove here for nothing.
UPDATE: This is in response to the owner.
The Google business is NOT closed. (see attached screenshot) This location has not been marked as temporarily closed. In fact the hours indicate that it will be open tomorrow at 10am. This is misleading regardless of the message you added in the info page this does not update the status on google and potential customers might think its still open.
Also when we called the head office we were told by your staff that this location will remain closed for 4 months. If this is not accurate please advise your staff.
The point that I'm trying to make is that the information is wrong on your Google Business profile and phone answering message. I would have loved to come visit the showroom and have you work on our project, but your reply really worries me that no accountability was taken on your part to acknowledge these mistakes.

I was referred to Galleria Design by two dear friends who have used them several times over the past 20 years. These women are avid cooks and put their kitchens to good use. They raved over the quality and durability so when I decided to take the plunge, I didn’t even shop around. I never regretted that decision for a second. They lived up to everything my friends said about them. Sam and Walter are sticklers for detail, always available throughout the entire project and extremely trustworthy. Their installers are also just as dedicated and work with tremendous integrity. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
