La dame qui nous servis est compétente, patiente et a su bien nous orienter en nous posant les questions pertinentes en lien avec nos habitudes de sommeil, nos goûts et nos problèmes physiques. La diversité des matelas offerts est impressionnantes et, pour en avoir visité plusieurs, non égalée chez les autres commerçants. Les prix également sont très avantageux! Nous sommes ravis de notre achat et dormirons comme sur un nuage.
 We received unparalleled and very attentive service. The lady who served us is competent, patient and knew how to guide us by asking us the relevant questions related to our sleeping habits, our tastes and our physical problems. The diversity of mattresses offered is impressive and, having visited several, unmatched by other merchants. The prices are also very advantageous! We are delighted with our purchase and will sleep like a cloud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La personne sur place a l'air bien sympathique mais elle est seule pour une dizaine de clients qui tournent en rond dans la magasin....je vais acheter mon matelas ailleurs. Le service au client est la priorité même baratin que dans les autres chaînes de magasins.
The person there seems very nice but she is alone for a dozen customers who walk in circles in the store .... I will buy my mattress elsewhere. Customer service is the same spiel priority as in other chain stores.

Très bon service et bon choix de matelas et d'oreillers de toutes marques. Bon choix de produits haut de gamme. La conseillère qui nous a servi est très compétente et répond à toutes nos questions afin de faciliter notre choix. Jusqu'à maintenant nous sommes très contents d'avoir fait affaire avec la Galerie de Matelas Simmons.
Store specializing in the sale of mattresses and accessories for articulated beds and other products to promote sleep. Very good service and good choice of mattresses and pillows of all brands. Good selection of high end products. The advisor who served us is very competent and answers all our questions to facilitate our choice. So far we are very pleased to have done business with Simmons Mattress Gallery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I buy a velour bed that is suppose to be delivered in 3-5 weeks at the most according to the sales representative. I don’t bother them when the bed is now 5 weeks late (on my 10th week). I call the following week and they mention that the company sent the wrong bed and it is not velour it’s fabric instead. So I ask how long will it take to receive the velour bed that I ordered, she responded ~8-10 weeks. That means that I would have waited 20-22 weeks for a bed, so I accept the fabric bed seeing it as a small difference. 1 week later the order show up and the bed is not what I ordered. I call the representative and tell her I am disappointed with the whole experience and I ask her to refund me and come pick up the entire order. She says why should I pay for the incompetent company that made the mistake and tells me to keep it. I then say I’m not paying for something I did t order so come get it. She replies I’ll pick up the bed but you should keep the mattress. Wow what a way to treat your clients. I show up in store and made a scene, I was able to accept a new offer with a price adjustment and some freebies.
Moral of the story DO NOT BUY HERE.
