L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front staff (DANA) was beyond inconsiderate and will call you a liar and threaten to phone the police because you ask about referral calls you are getting that you had no idea about. I seen Mr shamaka well OVER 2 months ago and have been receiving phone calls for referrals NOT asked for and treatments NOT discussed and they can't give me an answer why I'm receiving these calls, nor am I allowed to discuss it with the so called doctor. And the referral I DID ask for is the ONLY one that they did NOT allow me. Go anywhere else to receive PROPER treatment.

L	L B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and seen a Dr mossab shamaka at this clinic and easy way to say it AVOID THIS CLINIC you will find Doctors like Mr shamaka that do NOT listen do NOT care what a patient says and will NOT discuss thing when a patient asks questions. If you want a PROFESSIONAL doctor go ANYWHERE else. The doctors was in a rush didn't care,didn't wanna listen. You had repeat the same thing OVER AND OVER and he STILL didn't understand or better yet REFUSED to understand.The red flags should have been just minute before the doctor coming in I could hear him being HIGHLY aggressive and argumentative with another patient over the phone. Which I can now confirm is how he treats ALL patients over the phone when they ask questions. AVOID!!
L	Lucas Sime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a doctor's not for work and was told it would not be a problem. Front desk staff was very nice and was brought in to see the doctor right away. When the doctor came in the first thing he did was rudely tell me to put my phone away. I told him I was just looking up the dates I needed the sick note for. He responded kind of snarky but like it was fine then he proceeded to leave and go to another patient. After he came back everything seemed fine with getting a sick note (it was for only 3 days of work) until he saw in my history that I had a history of addiction and denied me my note. He had all the information related to the sick note and he only mentioned he had any issue with it after finding out my out about my addiction in my past I've never been treated that poorly by a doctor before. I will not go back.
I	Isaac Derakhshan Houreh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic per se was clean and sound, and the receptionist was considerate; I would have given them a 5-star, but I removed 4 stars because of Dr. Mossab Shamaka. He was like a robot, so in a rush, so not caring! He didn't even let my sentences finish before he started talking and prescribing! He even interrupted me by raising his voice (almost yelling) at me when I was explaining my symptoms at the very beginning of the session!! At the end of the session, I asked for Massage therapy, but he gave me a prescription for Physiotherapy and ran out! I had to wait for him to finish with other patients to change the prescription! I will update my review if I ever go back there and have a better experience!
D	Dan Meeres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here often since they opened as iam a Hypochondriac Friendly Staff and Doctor. Pharmacy is fast too! Like any Establishment, Treat them with respect and be courteous you'll have no issues with this Medical Center. If people have issues, they often forget how they were treating the staff at an establishment first when walking in the door.
T	The Ashleigh Phoenix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff here are absolutely impeccable so this rating has nothing to do with them in any way. Dr. Mossab Shamaka should not EVER be regarded as a Dr, I have no idea where this man received his medical license in the first place, Dr's are supposed to be kind & caring which he is definitely not! I have Fibromyalgia, BPD, Depression, Anxiety & ADHD.. on top of which I was hit by a car as a pedestrian at the end of March and I have been in severe agony since.. not only does this man blatantly forget that and I have to remind him every single time, he makes me feel bad about my ADHD as well as my depression because I get too excitable when I have anxiety & seeing him gives me massive panic attacks. I have seen this Dr a few times, (only because I have found it very difficult to find a Family Dr for a few years now) and every time he rushes me out the door and prescribes me pain meds, completely brushing off any other symptoms I may bring to his attention. I wouldn't see this man if you live with any chronic health conditions. STAY AWAY COMPLETELY!!
A	Andrew Styles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I am beyond shocked. Your receptionist Demi is vile. How dare she make coments on the quality of my wifes tattoo artwork. YOU ARE A RECEPTIONIST. I am unsure why you feel you needed to do that. You are paid to work and represent the company you work for. You need to be reigned in. If you worked for me I would have terminated you. When patients/clients come in they need security and rassurance. You did neither for my wife. We will not be using your services agan.
